316L flange

In actual use, 316L flange shall be used according to normal methods and principles, the quality and value in use shall be confirmed, and it shall be used and installed according to normal use standards. There are no quality and performance problems. The 316L flange is not a simple mechanical part in general sense, but a carrier of mechanical products with rich technical connotation. Confirm that the installed flange does not leak oil. The installation requirements and precautions for the 316L flange are as follows:

1. The 316L flange should have sufficient strength, and should not be deformed during the fastening process. The flange sealing surface should be smooth and clean. During installation, oil stains and rust spots should be carefully cleaned

2. Gaskets shall have good oil resistance and aging resistance, as well as good elasticity and mechanical strength. Gaskets of different sections and sizes shall be selected and placed correctly according to the joint shape during installation

3. The fastening force of 316L flange shall be uniform, and the compression amount of rubber gasket shall be controlled at about 1/3

Scratches are difficult to remove: overall pickling and passivation will lead to chemical corrosion or electrochemical corrosion and rust in the presence of corrosive medium, and carbon steel, splash and other impurities adhered to the stainless steel surface due to scratches and welding spatter cannot be removed

3. Uneven grinding, polishing and passivation: pickling and passivation treatment is carried out after manual grinding and polishing. For workpieces with large area, it is difficult to achieve uniform treatment effect and can not obtain ideal uniform surface.
