The time is about 10 minutes, and the current density is 0.2~0.4A/dm2. To prevent damage, harden immediately after color treatment, then rinse in hot water and dry. One of the characteristics of this process is that its final appearance can reflect the original surface of the material

The 180 degree bends stored for a long time should be checked on schedule. The exposed processing surface should always be kept clean, dirt removed, and neatly stored in a ventilated and dry place indoors. Stacking or outdoor storage is strictly prohibited. Always keep the elbow dry and ventilated, keep the retainer clean and tidy, and store it according to the accurate storage method

When installing, the elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection mode, and installed according to the use position. In general, it can be installed on any position of the pipeline, but it is necessary to facilitate the inspection of operation. Note that the medium flow direction of the stop elbow should be good under the longitudinal valve flap, and the elbow can only be installed horizontally.
